Full-time ONLY - Paid out in two halves after 30 and 90 days of employment Discovery Junction Child Development Center is a licensed childcare center seeking an energetic Teacher Aide/Floater for our all age groups! To be QUALIFIED for this position, all candidates must be 18
years of age, documented 2500 in childcare of unrelated children, and have the ability to pass all background checks.
Required Shift:
Monday - Friday, various shifts Compensation:

Responsibilities:
Willingness to effectively substitute for any position as needed.
This includes covering staff members' breaks, filling in for staff members in their absences, and assuming the classroom duties of staff members before or after their scheduled shifts.
Demonstrate patience, kindness and positive interactions with all children, parents, and staff.
Operate as a team player and willingness to help where needed under the director or the lead teacher.
Physical ability to work around small children including sitting, standing, walking, running, and climbing stairs.
Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
